en inglés utilizando la contracción (en este caso, isn't) porque es la
forma más coloquial y usada por los angloparlantes.
Así, decir
Why is he not
here?
sería correcto,
pero demasiado formal.

presentamos oraciones negativas en presente y pasado con
el verbo to be, de modo que podamos formular preguntas
en negativo.
