La estructura BE BOUND + TO INFINITIVE se usa cuando nos referimos a
sucesos del futuro que o bien son seguros o es muy
probable que ocurran.
Por ejemplo:
Mary is stuck in
a traffic jam, so she's bound to be late
Mary está metida en
un atasco, así que es muy probable que llegue tarde

ejemplo,

responderemos como si estuviésemos seguro de ello
